Used to delete the Device Log that matches the input Integer ID

Name	Description	Type	Additional information
ID	ID of the Log to delete	integer	None.
DeviceType	The Type of Device the log entry to be deleted is for (Connected or Calculated)	OwnerType	None.
DeviceID	ID of the Device this Log belongs to	integer	None.
